ABOUT LUNAR
The LUNAR Initiative increases youth involvement in the fight against lupus by empowering young people to take action through education, advocacy, storytelling, and fundraising. We are building a new generation of changemakers committed to raising awareness, amplifying patient voices, and mobilizing resources to support underserved lupus-affected communities around the world. Grounded in compassion and driven by community, we strive to make lupus visible—and work toward a future where no one faces lupus alone, and the disease is no longer a threat.

OUR WORK
LUNAR AID (Coming Soon)
LUNAR Aid is our official fundraising campaign dedicated to supporting lupus care. We partner with student organizations and community members to raise funds that directly benefit hospitals, clinics, and foundations serving underserved lupus patients. Through transparent giving and school-led efforts, LUNAR Aid bridges youth advocacy with meaningful relief.
LUNAR VOICES (Coming Soon)
Through LUNAR Voices, we create a digital storytelling archive that uplifts lupus patients worldwide. From short-form interviews to curated social posts, we challenge stigma, improve visibility, and build cultural understanding — starting with the stories that are rarely told.
LUNAR INSIGHT (Coming Soon)
Expert-led Education - online information sessions and physician panels to spotlight expert perspectives on lupus, fostering education and awareness through direct conversations with medical professionals.
LUNAR REACH (Coming Soon)
LUNAR Reach empowers young leaders through two core programs. The Ambassador Program works directly with individual students. The School Partnership Program collaborates with student organizations. Together, these programs increase youth involvement through school-based awareness and fundraising initiatives, directly fueling lupus relief and education.
